Amendment in Valuation

	Reference Office Report/ Hon'ble Court's order dated ..... S.R. has to submit that the Ld. Counsel for the appellant has amended the valuation clause of the appeal by substituting the valuation of Appeal by Rs. 1000000.00PRs.2000000.00P.
	According to the amended valuation of the appeal the Court Fee will be Rs.9999.00P. The Court Fee of Rs. 777.00P has already been paid along with the Memo of Appeal and Rs.6666.00P has been paid by way of misc. Application No.999 of 20XX i.e. in total Rs. 55555.55 paid is sufficient.
